
Grison surprised everyone with his incredible physical transformation.

Marcos Martínez, better known as Grison, is one of the standout collaborators on “La Revuelta.” He is recognized for his sense of humor and his mastery of beatboxing, having become a world champion in the prestigious Boss LoopStation Contest. Beyond his on-screen presence, his personal story reveals a diverse journey before achieving fame.
Before entering the entertainment world, he worked in jobs as varied as a churro vendor and a lifeguard, all while pursuing his passion for music and beatboxing—a discipline in which he eventually gained international recognition.
A remarkable physical change took place that few people know about: he lost 10 kilograms (from 87 kg to 77 kg) and greatly improved his fitness, earning a spot on the cover of *Men’s Health*. His routine involved daily exercise and better nutrition.
After several months of the *Men’s Health Reto* challenge, the beatboxer made it clear that effort, consistency, and hard work can take you anywhere. “He trains with high intensity, following the plan to the letter, and doesn’t rest either at the gym or at home,” said fitness expert Aarón Santos.
During his transformation, nutritionist Roberto Oliver offered him two different breakfast options: one sweet and one savory.
The sweet version consisted of coffee with milk, oatmeal with a touch of sweetener and honey, plus one or two eggs and about 20 grams of nuts. This combination provides energy, helps maintain satiety, and supplies a good amount of protein to start the day.
The savory option included coffee with milk accompanied by a slice of whole-grain toast with tomato and avocado, to which ingredients like turkey, ham, egg, or tuna could be added.
Despite these controlled meal plans, the Madrid native hasn’t completely given up his personal tastes, still allowing himself a small indulgence: dark chocolate with 80% cocoa content.
His workout routine also became more demanding and consistent, with nearly daily training that combines strength work, endurance, and functional exercises. He incorporated movements from disciplines like cross training, aiming to improve his overall physical condition rather than just appearance. “He had been training fairly hard for three or four years, but working with professionals helped him organize his routines and understand what his body needed,” noted the fitness expert.
Beyond the visible changes, the artist himself has acknowledged that this new lifestyle has positively impacted his mental well-being. He has repeatedly stated that physical activity has helped reduce episodes of anxiety and improve sleep quality, completing a transformation that goes far beyond the physical.
